If you own a home in Piedmont, Oakland or Berkeley the answer is YES!  I know what you are thinking.  It’s raining every other day and sometimes for many days in a row and who wants to buy houses in the rain? The answer to that question is – lots of people!  There are buyers out there who have been looking at homes for one or two years waiting for the “one.”  Perhaps they have written offers on 4 or 5 homes already but have not had an offer accepted.  There are families moving to the area for new jobs that started in the new year, and they need homes as well.

The number of available homes for sale is dwindling.  Right now in the City of Piedmont, there are NO active listings.  That’s right, none!  Wouldn’t it be great to be the only game in town?  And what about Rockridge?  There are five available.  That’s it!  And the Claremont District in Berkeley only has one home available for sale.  I could continue on going through one neighborhood after another but you get the picture.  If you are sitting around thinking about it,you may want to start acting on it and call me to see how you can take advantage of this perfect opportunity.  Don’t delay.
